Hi There my name is Michael and I am looking forward to helping you with your yoga journey. My task as a teacher is to help you wherever I can physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Welcome to LUXE, Iet's grow wiser and stronger together.

My Story
My path to yoga began in 2011 out of a deep desire to transform my health and lifestyle. What started as a commitment to nutrition quickly grew into a search for inner quiet through meditation and movement. A series of syncronicities eventually led me to Bhakti Yoga Shala in Santa Monica, California, where stepping into Bhakti yoga shifted my entire trajectory.
Captivated by conscious movement and song, I immersed myself fully in the practice. For me, yoga is not a workout routine. It is a living path and my daily foundation. It is my life path.
My road here was far from easy, marked by years of struggle with drugs and alcohol. I hold deep gratitude for those challenging years because they forged the resilience I carry now. Above all, I owe my transformation to my mom, my truest guru, whose unwavering love made my healing possible.

More Teachers Are On The Way
As a new studio, we are opening our doors with a focused, intentional schedule led by our founding instructor, Michael. Starting with one dedicated teacher allows us to establish a strong foundation and uphold our commitment to complete-spectrum yoga. We are actively expanding our team to welcome like-minded instructors so we can bring you more class times throughout the day. You can expect more teachers and classes after our grand opening some time later this Fall.
