At LUXE BODY IMAGE, we value your time, your wellness journey, and the trust you place in us. We understand that life can be unpredictable. Our policies are designed to keep things fair and flexible while helping us stay on track for all our clients. Appointments & Services Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% late cancellation fee. No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notifying us, the full service fee will be charged. The good news is that the amount will remain on your account as a credit to use toward your next visit at LUXE BODY IMAGE when you're ready to rebook. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide your full service within the remaining time. In some cases, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment based on availability. The full service fee will still apply, and the value can be used as a credit toward your next appointment at LUXE BODY IMAGE, if needed. Missed Appointments: If you miss your appointment without notifying us, the full service fee will be charged. The good news is that the amount will remain on your account as a credit to use toward your next visit at LUXE BODY IMAGE when you're ready to rebook. Refunds & Service Credits Services Rendered: We do not offer refunds for services that have already been completed. However, if you are ever unhappy with your experience at LUXE BODY IMAGE, please let us know—we’ll do our best to find a solution that supports your satisfaction and care. Prepaid Packages: If you have unused sessions from a prepaid package, the value can be applied as a service credit toward future bookings at LUXE BODY IMAGE. Packages expire one year from the date of purchase. Expired sessions are non-refundable. Retail Products: Unopened retail products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for store credit. Opened or used products are considered final sale. If you're unsatisfied with a product purchased from LUXE BODY IMAGE, please reach out—we’ll do our best to assist you. Booking Policy All bookings require a valid credit card on file. Charges will only be applied in accordance with this policy. Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the spot to another client. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
