The Power of Sound & Kava

A therapeutic sound bath uses resonant frequencies from crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes to calm your nervous system, lower stress, clear mental chatter, and guide your brainwaves into a deeply restorative theta state.

To deepen this journey, we are offering an optional traditional kava blessing. Sourced from natural roots in the South Pacific, kava is a non-alcoholic, plant-based botanical known for soothing tension and easing the mind into gentle relaxation. It is completely safe, legal, and non-psychoactive (not a drug). By quieting body tension beforehand, kava allows you to drop into the sonic frequencies with even greater ease and receptivity.
